Mr. Jaison Fung was a recipient of the HKIEA 2025 Outstanding Teacher Award. The award was presented to him at the prize presentation ceremony on 9 August at the Wong Cheung Lo Hui Yuet Hall at the City University of Hong Kong

Mr. Fung has fostered building and developing knowledge among students by implementing thinking routines and VR Cave Technology in senior secondary English classrooms over the past two years. One of the innovative modules he has designed focuses on Volunteering. By adopting VR Cave Technology, students have experienced immersive 360-degree videos from a first-person perspective, allowing them to virtually visit a coffin home and a subdivided flat. This method simulates a volunteering experience, igniting ideas through visual and auditory stimuli and nurturing empathy via a personal connection.

His dedication to education, innovation in the classroom and leadership within the learning community have inspired students and peers alike. His meaningful contributions in English Language Education are highly commendable by the Hong Kong Innovative Education Association.

馮梓軒老師獲得了 2025 年香港創新教育協會（HKIEA）傑出教師獎。該獎項於 8 月 9 日在香港城市大學的黃章羅許月堂頒發給他。

在過去兩年中，馮梓軒老師通過在高中英語課堂中實施虛擬現實（VR）洞穴技術，促進了學生的知識發展。他設計的一個創新英語課堂，專注於志願服務。通過採用 VR 洞穴技術，學生們以第一人稱視角體驗了沉浸式 360 度視頻，讓他們能夠虛擬參觀劏房。這種方法模擬了志願服務的體驗，通過視覺和聽覺刺激激發了創意，並透過個人聯繫培養了同理心。

他對教育的奉獻、課堂內的創新以及在學習社區中的領導能力，啟發了學生和同儕。他在英語語言教育方面的貢獻，受到香港創新教育協會的高度讚揚。
